New Med

Well, I have started taking a new medicine. This at the point has got me defined as sleepy. I was in bed most of the day. And I have a definite 'pulling to the left' when I walk. I almost fell into the bathtub when I got up this morning to go to the bathroom! So, I have started to walk leaning a little to the right to see if this helps. I will let you know how this works out.

Redefined 1

Well, this is my first post. The purpose of this blog is to help others to not let themselves be defined by their illness. But, to help to redefine themselves with what they are capable of doing instead of what they are not capable of doing. It has taken me a long time to accept the fact that I have to change. There are things that I cannot do anymore. There are still so many things that I can do. And who knows what new hobbies or adventures await me on my journey of redefinition!
